Return Policy

You may request to return your order within 7 business days of the delivery date, provided that the package is unopened and remains in its original sealed condition.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide a prepaid return label unless the return is due to an error on our part—such as shipping the wrong item or a damaged product.

To process a return, a tracking number is required. Once the returned item is received at our warehouse and verified by our team, the refund will be processed, and you will be notified accordingly.

A restocking fee of 15% per product will be deducted from the refund amount.

The following reasons for return are not accepted:

  • Improper use of research products
  • Damage caused by mishandling or improper storage
